Stone sundial mounted on flint wall above entrance into South porch. The dial shows the time from 6am to 5pm, with 30, 15 and 5 minute divisions, the hours being marked in Roman numerals. A motto in the pedemented top reads: “Man is a Shadow”, also the date of 1808. The iron rod gnomon has an upturned tip and an S-shaped supporter.
