BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Plain brass circular horizontal, with central gnomon root (Border Sundials’s "Roman" model). Hours marked V-XII-IV-VII reading outwards. Hour lines and short half-hours. Inscription:- NORA ARIS / 2 April 1908 to / 7 March 1960. Pedestal may date to 1960, infer dial is a more recent replacement.
