BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Ratton Manor Gate House, Eastbourne

The dial is inset across the south-west corner of the flint wall of the house, strongly canted to face south. Across the top is ’MISSPEND NO TIME’, carved in relief. The upright hour numerals are VI - XII - IV - VI, with full-length hour- and half-hour lines. The simple bar gnomon has one horizontal support. The other two dials in the Register with this motto (SRN 5314 and 7972) are both C20. This is a holding entry only, with no access to the photographer Sarah Quinn, in Instagram.
