BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Margarets Church, Cley-next-the-Sea

The dial was originally high on the south porch, but it had become unsafe and within the last 50 years or so it was taken down and reset in the floor of the chancel. It uses upright numerals VII - XII - IV - V (originally no doubt including the VI s), with full length hour lines and half hour markers. There are no other inscriptions in the lower half of the dial. Unfortunately the top section is damaged and any inscriptions are not to be seen. Ref: https://gaudiumsubsole.org/tag/st-margaret-cley-next-the-sea-repositioned-sundial/
