BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial may be made of stainless steel, but it has a black coating. The horizon ring is inscribed ’RPG Highwood Ash’ and ’Latitude North 51 37 40 Longitude West 000 14 27’. It is probably by David Harber. More information requested.
