BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Tayside Region

The dial is mounted at the eastern end of the gutter below the roof. It was restored in 2023 by the stonemason Jimmy Innes, under the direction of Alastair Hunter. The south face has an arched top with a possibly floral decoration. It shows 6am to 6pm with upright Arabic numerals, hour lines to a small filled semicircle around the gnomon root and no hour subdivisions. The east face is marked for 4am to 10pm and the west for 2pm to 8pm, all in Arabic. The gnomons are all unpierced plates. The last three photos show the dial before restoration.
