BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church, Hemington

The dial is painted in the battlementts on the south side of the church. It shows 5am to 5pm with upright blue Roman numerals, using XII and IV, with full length black hour lines and no subdivisions. The chapter ring is outlined in red and there is a red crescent around the gnomon root. The gnomon is a sold plate with a waved lower edge.
