BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Fire Station, Snainton

The dials are mounted above the wall of the pinfold beside the Fire Station, on the northern side of the A170 at the western edge of the village. They face slightly east and west of south, and show hours for 4am to 3pm, and 9am to 8pm respectively, divided to half and quarter hours. Across the top of each dial is ’THE SNAINTON MILLENNIA DIALS’, and below is an EoT graph.
