BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

All Saints’ Church, Llangorwen

The church is on the B4572 just south of Llangorwen. The dial is at the top of the nave’s south-east buttress. Across the top is ’John Morgan’, and below that the date 1858, and ’Æt 84’, presumably commemorating Morgan’s death. The dial has upright hour numerals VI - IV - VI, with a cross patty for noon, divided to half and quarter hours.
