BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Howard Palmer Gardens, Wokingham

This dial was installed in 1994 and inaugurated the following year. It was designed and delineated by The Emmbrook School, Wokingham. The chapter ring is dark brown, and hour lines are laid on a green background. Users are invited to stand on an acorn feature which is green and brown with white footprints. The dial shows hours VII - XII - IV - V, read from the inside, with no subdivisions. A plaque embedded in the chapter ring describes it as set to British Summertime but the local meridian runs between the hour lines labelled I and II.
