The dial is in the garden which is open regularly (www.Renishaw-Hall.co.uk). It is an armillary dial of ’bow-string’ design, made from one piece of bronze 400 x 400 x 20mm. The time is shown with longitude correction in Arabic hour numerals divided to 15 and 5 minutes. It was designed by Sir Mark Lennox- Boyd and manufactured by John Huddlestone of Mardale, Quernmore, LA2 9EG.
