BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Cornwall
The Voss Obelisk is of Portugese granite with Burlington slate dial plates and gilded bronze gnomons, mounted on a conical pyramid of Cornish dry wall. It has three faces declining 60° from each other and inclining slightly, two with sundials and the third with corrections and a sun symbol.
The motto across the top of the faces is ’TEMPORI AETERNO’ (Time for ever).
The dial was designed by Sir Mark Lennox-Boyd, engraved and set by Ben Jones and erected by a local builder Anthony Elliot. The slate was supplied and cut by Burlington.
