BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Malwood Road, Lambeth

The dial is mounted between two ground floor windows. The dial plate, possibly of slate, is in a sandstone frame inset in the brick wall with white quoin stones to match the surrounding windows. The upper half of the frame has the motto ’Watch and / pray / time flies / away’ on ribbon sections with flourishes. The plate is simple, with just hour lines and aligned numerals VII - XII - IIII - V, and no subdivisions.
