BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is mounted on a side gable red-brick house wall, and has been given a low frame of the same bricks. It shows 7am to 6pm in upright Arabic numerals, divided to 30 and 15 minutes, with a gnomon gap. At the top: FRUERE HORA (Enjoy the hour). Halfway down: AM to the left of the gnomon, PM to its right. At the bottom: AD 2000. Letter Q with a very long curly tail in the bottom right-hand corner of the chapter ring, for Quin Hollick.
