BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Martin’s Church, Firbeck

The dial is at the eastern end of the south wall of the nave. Across the top is ’ERECTED 1821’, and at the centre of the foot of the dial, above the chapter ring, is ’FECERUNT / W & S Jones, 30 Holborn LONDON’. Upright numerals V - XII - IV - V, with a noon gap, and divided to half and quarter hours. The dial declines approximately 20 degrees east of south.
