BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Public Park, Kingussie

The dial plate is thin and graced with an inappropriately tall gnomon, attached with angle brackets. It stands on an octagonal plinth of which the bottom 2/3rds appears to be old, and reused. The top wider section appears new. The first illustration is an Alamy Stock photo for private viewing only, and must not be used in any publc version of the Register.
