BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Stone Cross House, Crowborough

The dial stands in the garden of the Gardener’s Cottage, raised by its pedestal well above the surrounding thickly growing shrubs. It is a three part-ring armillary sphere, with Roman numerals and an arrow gnomon. It has a brass bell mount and stands on a tall plain circular cross section pillar with a circular top stone.
