BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial plate is set into the stonework of the gable above the entry to the vestry. The gnomon is a metal bar with two connected spirals as supports, with a full sun, flaming in its lower half, inscribed in the dial plate at its root. At the peak of the plate is ’I H S’, and across the centre is ’Anno Domini / MDCCC XCVIII’ / W. C. Cole Rector’. Hour numerals are VII - XII - IV - VI, aligned in different ways with the hour lines, and with ticks for half and quarter hours, and split noon lines.
