Dial in Leics & Rutland

The dial is located in the churchyard, to the south east of the church. It is mounted on the square top of a tapering square-sectioned plinth, on a stepped base. Hours are IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, read from the inside, with noon gap and no subdivisions. The gnomon is cast as a unit with its rectangular support plate, and is in the form of a slightly curved triangle, with an enlarged and rounded tip.
