BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St John the Baptist Church, South Croxton

The dial plate is set into the stonework above the entrance to the south porch. The gnomon appears to have been of the triangular strip design; the strip along the surface of the wall remains but the style and its support strip have gone. Some hour lines are visible, but little else. The remains of hour numerals IIII, V, VI may be there on the right hand side.
