BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is opposite Front Street and the Parish Church of St Peter, and set into the brickwork of a wall which also houses a post-box. It is protected by an over-hang of pantiles and ridge tiles. It has hour numerals VI - XII - IV - V. The numerals are in recessed squares in the dial plate, and are either embossed stonework or metal. The hour lines run to a large metal rectangle that holds the foot of the oblong-sectioned gnomon, the lower end of which is supported by a long scroll. The date 1932 is in an arched semicircle at the upper edge of the dial, with initials W K and M E K on either side, outside the semicircle.
