BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
The dial is set into the brickwork of the house at first floor level, and canted out on the left hand side. Across the top is the motto ’REDEEM THE TIME’. It has upright numerals VI - XII - IIII - VI, with hour lines to the rays of a half sun around the gnomon origin, and no sub-divisions. The sun is painted white and the rest of the detail is black on the natural stone. The thin plate brass gnomon has an integral support with a waved lower edge.
