BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Baysgarth House (Museum), Barton upon Humber

The dial plate is supported on a moulded stone and brickwork bracket, between windows towards the right hand end of the upper level of the house. It has consol shaped / scrolled sides, and an ornate pediment above which includes the date of 1731. There is floral decoration in the spandrels, and all the dial markings are carved in relief. Hour numerals are V - XII - IIII, read from the outside, and in the upper section of the chapter ring is ’TEMPVS FVGIT’. There is a figure in the centre. It is not clear but may be the face of Father Time. The gnomon is missing.
