BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Old Post Office, Beinkhill

The dial is formed within a brickwork niche between two first floor windows, and above the front doorway. There is a curved wooden piece in the lower area of the dial, from which five (hour-line?) rods originate, but no hour numerals are indicated. The gnomon is a small flat tapering blade, close to horizontal. Perhaps the dial is unfinished. The building faces approximately 25 deg west of south.
