BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

This is a horizontal ’Garden Centre’ dial, but mounted as a vertical and as such does not work. It is inconspicuously mounted between two first floor windows. It shows a smiling sun face over waves or rocks, and has Roman hour numerals for 6am to 6pm read from inside, with IIII for 4 and 0 for noon, divided to 30 and 15 minutes. The VI hour lines are not collinear. The same design can be seen at Exton, SRN 7947.
