BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is to the SW of the south porch. It is mounted on a large two-sectioned square-section plinth, the two parts held together by dog-irons. Numerals read from outside, IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, with noon gap, and divided to 30, 15 and 5 minutes. There is an 8-point compass rose at the centre, and the motto ’Amyddst ye fflowres I tell ye houres’ around the north side.
