BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Central Region

Motto "Let others tell of storms and showers, I’ll only show the sunny hours". Arabic numerals from 4am to 8pm. Hour, half and quarter hour lines. 16 point compass 8 points named. Noon gap. "This sun-dial was gifted anonymously to commemorate the bi-centenary of Gargunnock Church building 1774-1974" inscribed on dial plate. Pierced gnomon complete. The dial is situated in the churchyard and stands on an older stone baluster pedestal with a circular table.
