BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Village Cross, Long Compton

A rod gnomon sprouts out of the base of the village cross, and the timescale is around the northern sector of the base, using Arabic numerals for 4am to 8pm. An information board gives historical events from the 1st century to 1999. An EOT graph is provided and the longitude correction of 6 minutes is noted.
