BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Micheal’s Church, Rudbaxton

The dial is mounted on the south-east corner of the south aisle, just below the roof-line, and canted out on the west side to face south. It is badly cracked down the noon line and the gnomon is missing. Across the top is the date 1689. Sone upright Roman numerals can still be read, and hour lines to a semicircle around the gnomon root, with short half-hour lines.
