BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Guernsey

The dial is kept in the house on a wooden base. The inscribed furniture is filled white. It has an 8-point star in the centre and the date 1659 at the south, but it is a 20th century dial. Hours V - XII - IIII - VII, read from the outside, with noon gap and divided to 30, 15 and 7.5 minutes. Square rod gnomon with double ’C’ support.
