BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in London (Greater)

A good 20th century dial, sadly missing the gnomon. IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, read from inside, with noon gap and short hour lines to a central 8-point compass rose, and divided to 15 and 5 minutes. The plinth is of square waisted section on a substantial square base.
