BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club, Lowestoft

This P&G Heliochronometer is on the terrace of the Yacht Club, overlooking the Marina. It is mounted on a square sectioned plinth with chamfered corners, and rustic surface finish. The body of the dial is physically undamaged, although the surface is worn smooth with almost all of the markings lost. A plate on the plinth top reads ’Jubilee R. N. & S. Y. C. 1859 - 1909. Presented by Russell J. Colman.’
