BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Sun face at the centre surrounded by 8 compass points, 4 labelled. Around the perimeter ’Let others tell of storms and showers, I’ll only count your sunny hours’. Knuckle-duster gnomon. Mounted on a square sectioned ornamental polished granite plinth, with floral swags to three sides.
