BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Pediment encloses blazing sun, wirh motto above ’Time on our side’, and ’MM’ below under the gnomon root. Shows BST corrected for longitude, with upright numerals VII - XII - IIII - VI, divided to 30, 15 and 5 mins. Designed and made by the owner. Painted on the south wall at first floor level. There is an EOT plaque on the wall below.
