BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Oxfordshire

The dial is located at east side of the main field, near the play area. The instruction plate is of Brazilian slate, and the odd hours ironstone boulders. The even hours, date scale etc, are Forest of Dean sandstone, the date scale on hardcore and mortar, the rest on DPC. Hours 5am to 9pm are marked.
