BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in London (Greater)

A square dial plate in cast brass with raised figuring, mounted on the octagonal top of a circular cross-sectioned plinth, bearing an ornamental band half way up. Numerals IV - XII - IV - VIII with hour lines and no divisions. ’AM’ and ’PM’ are indicated in the top corners of the plate. The motto at the south is ’Tempus Fugit’. This design was sold by Barkers of Kensington.
