BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
Replacement for the original Cary dial, SRN 0916, which was stolen in 2000. 32-point compass rose, labelled to NbE etc. Anticlockwise Equation of Time scale. 30, 15, 10, 5 and 1 minute divisions. In a cartouche at the N read from the N, ’After CARY LONDON’.
