BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Coach House, Cirencester

Accessible on NGS open days. Inscribed ’F Wright fecit Latt D53 M32’. A good dial but probably a fake (see SRN 5290 at Wrexham, Norfolk). EOT ring and Coat of Arms. IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, from outside, with split noon. Divided to 30, 15 and 7.5 mins inside the chapter circle, and 10 and 2 mins outside. 16-point compass rose labelled to NE etc. Small square plinth and baluster pedestal approx 900 high.
