A simple memorial dial, on a new stained wooden pillar, replacing a lost dial and weathered pillar at SRN 2169. The hour numerals are IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, read from the outside, with 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8 hour divisions, the half hours marked by a fleur-de-lys. An 8-point compass rose is labelled to NE etc. A plaque on the pedestal has the dedication and ’I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. John 15:1’.
