BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Andrew’s Church, Rippingale

The dial is fitted above the first window of the south aisle, to the right hand side of the south porch, and beneath the roof eaves. It is canted out on the rhs with a side panel, and triangular fillet below. There is lead flashing protection to the upper part of the dial. Upright numerals VI - XII - IIII - VI, with hour lines to a full circle (with sun face) around the gnomon root. No subdivisions. The date 1793 is across the top, and 2001 is at the lower side, above the chapter ring.
