BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St John the Baptist Church, Baston

No markings visible. Flat plate gnomon with wavy lower edge. The dial plate is mounted on the apex of the roof above the entrance doorway to the south porch. It is canted out on the rhs to face south, and a capping ’roof’ is fitted to the upper surface.
