BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The gnomon is in the from of an oar blade, pierced to cast a spot of light, though no declination curves are present. Bold upright numerals VIII - XII - IV - VII are arranged as a rectangular chapter ring, with hour lines to a small circular arc surrounding a symbolic swan at the gnomon root. Half hour lines go to a larger circular arc, and quarters are marked by ticks. Below is ’MM’ in very large font size, and under that ’TIME LIKE / AN EVER / ROLLING / STREAM’. The dial is installed on the SW facing corner of the building, at the corner of the A219/A205 crossroads, below first floor window level.
