BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

36 Bartlemy Road, Newbury

Between two first floor windows is a painted wooden dial about 1830mm wide and 1220mm high. It shows the hours 7am to 6pm undivided. Along the noon line the months of the year are shown by their initials, the tip of the gnomon providing the nodus for the analemma dates.
