BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church House, Horningtoft

Flaming sun face at gnomon origin. Motto in double semicircle above ’VIVITE AIT FUGIO’ (Live thou, I fly). Hour lines from semicircle around gnomon origin. Upright Roman numerals 7 - 12 - 5, with IIV and IIIV for 7 and 8am, cross for noon, and IIII. Metal strip gnomon, shaped at each end, with horizontal round bar support with turned outer end holding ’J’ shaped clasp. The dial plate is held to the brick wall by two supporting iron dog nails below and a single iron rod with loop end above. Located between first floor windows.
