BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Welsh slate date pad inset with stainless steel, all other components stainless steel, set in concrete surround. Hour discs 200mm dia.; cardinal points 300 mm dia.; Instruction plates, Sunrise, sunset markers 400 x 300; BST,GMT plates 300 x 200. Hours: Summer Months: 6am to 9pm, Winter months: 7am to 6pm. Date pad 1.5m long, 0.3m wide. Summer months shorter than winter months. Note - Likely problems in the future with shadows from nearby trees.
