BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Nicholas’ Church, Gayton

Pediment shaped top edge; both sides crenellated. Numerals very worn. Appear to run from 7am to 4pm, morning hours Roman, 3 and 4pm may be Arabic. Some undecipherable lettering along the lower edge, with a possible date of 1604. Located above south porch.
