BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

War Memorial Gardens, Lubenham

The stone block of the dial is mounted at the top of an octagonal stone shaft, and is surmounted by a carverd spiral finial. Upright numerals VII - XII - IV - V, on raised chapter ring, with full length hour lines in recessed interior. Metal blade gnomon with integral similar straight strut. Seven steps to base of shaft, engraved with the names of those from the Parish who fell in the two World Wars.
