BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Church of St Mary the Virgin, Upper Swainswick

On the nave, high to the right of the porch Upright numerals VI - XII - IIII - V, with full length hour lines. Stout copper bar gnomon with straight horizontal support. The dial is set into, and slightly proud of, the wall.
