BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Norfolk

The dial is in the garden at the centre of the group of homes. It stands on a circular sectioned baluster pedestal, with spiral ornamentation, on an octagonal three-stepped base, and is mounted over a square copper plate, possibly an earlier dial. Possibly it was originally painted, as no furniture can be detected. It has a rusty gnomon supported by a leaping stag figure.
