BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

This cast metal dial is on a cottage at the corner of Kenley Close and High Street. It has Roman numerals that are read from inside. The hours are divided to 30 and 15 minutes. There is a motto reading: ’…..is the best under the sun’. The gnomon is incorrectly placed. The cast metal plinth has three pierced floral legs making a table.
